Dear Fellow Colleague,
Let me first start by wishing you a happy National day again and hope every one enjoyed the holiday. I hope you are well prepared to face the Challenges ahead. With the support of you all the company has grown rapidly and have a total of 14 staff now. It has just added a new department of renting which is very promising. The company will not have made such development without you people valuable support. I take this opportunity to thank all staff of BCS for your continues support and we together continue to look forward to a prosperous future.

公司新闻：
The company has two new staff that joined us recently namely Lilia who is heading the renting department and Madam Zhang who is heading the cleaning depart. The company give them a big welcome. We celebrated Mr. Song and My LV birthday successfully last month and all staff had great time together. All the sales did not finish their quota last month but thanks to our sales manager Lance Wang who has promise that he will make sure that all sales has better performance this month. In order to improve the working condition of staff the company recently put a new floor carpet in the office and will continue to improve the working environment. Miss. Liu Did very well on the translation last month but yet she still make some mistake, we hope she will continue to improve on her translation. We are looking forward to celebrate the birthdays of Allen and Miss. Liu this month.
We do not know much about Andrew Zhang previous Company but BCS spend about one hour yesterday, 8th of October 2007 to explain to him clearly our company policies and rules. In order to keep on having successful Company, The company will continue to implement all disciplinary measures on Andrew when ever he neglect his duties or fail to carry them out accordingly.

我们不清楚张七清以前的公司，但是北京鲍勃环球信息咨询有限公司在昨天，也就是2007年10月8日用了一个小时的时间向其清楚地解释了公司的政策规定。为了保持公司的成就，当张七清忽视工作或不能按规定执行任务时，公司将会继续对其实行全面的惩罚措施。
September General meeting minutes:
September meeting minutes includes the following-
Meeting start by a short pray
Bob showed thanks to all staff for their hard work. He also reviewed the work of last month. Bob said that all staff are work very well, but have two staff is more positive. They are examples of all staff. Mr. Zhang, he is Driver Manager, he work very hard, he always come to office to do some prepare work very early morning, but he come back home very late very night to check all the work. He can finish all the work very well. Sales representative William, he is a very positive staff ， he work very hard , even miss his lunch often to work out side, he bought computer use his own money to improve company’s work.
Next, Bob gave some suggestions to sales. He said that all the sales go out to meet client are very hard. But they still have some spare time to stay in the office. He hopes that they can stay on their desk to review the information of client and communicate with clients instead of walking or gathering in a corner to chat. Sometime our client came to our office; they don’t know what happened, why our staffs are walking around in office or chatting together. He also pointed out that all the sales speak very loud in office. He hopes they can speak lower to keep the office quiet. Or they can talk to each other by telephone.
At the end of the meeting, three managers showed their wishes to all staff and hope they happy National Holiday. Sale Manager gave a promise that he sure they will have a better performance this month.
会议以一个简短的祈祷开始。
在会上鲍勃对大家的努力工作表示感谢。 而且鲍勃回顾了上个月的工作。鲍勃在积极肯定了所有员工共的努力工作后，主要表扬了两名表现出色的员工。一位是司机张师傅，身为司机经理工作积极努力，工作早出晚归，工作量大。即使在这样的情况下，张师傅能够努力配合公司工作，出色完成公司的任务。 另一位是销售何炜， 他工作积极废寝忘食，在公司没有为员工共配备手提电脑的情况下， 何炜 自己出钱购买笔记本配合公司工作。他们两个的工作精神是所有员工的榜样。
其次，鲍勃先生给销售提出了一些意见与建议。 他说销售每天外出很辛苦，但是有些闲余时间销售会呆在办公室内，而且在办公室内工作时，不是呆在自己的座位上，而是聚集在某个地方或是站立在一起聊天。 这样给公司造成不好的影响。有时客人进入办公室有种莫名其妙的感觉。他希望销售们能够利用闲余时间查看客户资料， 回访客户。 所以他希望销售能够注意。 还有就是希望销售打电话的时候或是说话的时候能够降低声音，如果需要长谈的事情就通过彼此的座机进行交谈。给公司创造一个安静的工作环境。
最后几位经理都表达了他们对所有员工的节日祝福。 而且销售经理还作出保证，在下月总结经验教训，争取使销售团队做得更好。

Mr. Zhang Yue has work for BCS since November 2005 as a driver. Due to his hard work and devotion to the company, he quickly distinguish himself as some one having passion for his job and was promoted to drivers department manager in October 2006. During this period Mr. Zhang has had an excellent relationship with his co-workers and the company. He fulfills every task assigned to him and tries his best to satisfy the company. Mr. Zhang will continue to keep and develop fine qualities and standards in order to make higher achievements and higher promotion.\
张跃自2005年任北京鲍勃公司司机， 由于工作努力热爱公司，工作积极热情很快脱颖而出，在2006年10月被公司提升为司机部经理，在任职期间张师傅能够出色的处理理同事关系和公司关系。 他圆满完成每一项指派任任务，并取得公司的满意。 张师傅将会继续提升工作素质与水平争取更大的成就与晋升。
