  Dear Fellow Colleague,

 

            

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to all present staff of the Company. October month was a bit challenging but as it has always been we will continue to be a success. We will continue to work very hard to finish the year with a big success. We will also continue to work very hard to build long term relationships with our clients. We hear very encouraging news last month from clients who prove our company system to be very effective.   We will continue to remain committed to maintaining those standards in serving the Beijing expat community. I take this opportunity to thank all present staff of BCS for your continue support and we together continue to look forward to a prosperous future.

首先，对全体公司员工表示最忠诚的感谢。和往常一样，十月是具有挑战性的月份，我们已经克服了困难取得胜利。 同样，我们会在今后的日子里继续努力工作直至年末，获取最大的果实。我们会继续努力和我们的客户筑建长期的、良好的合作关系。 上个月我们从客户那里得到了一个振奋人心的消息，他证实了我们的公司体系是非常有效的。 我们会持之以恒忠实的为北京的外籍团体提供高水平、一流的、专业的服务。 借此机会向所有员工对公司一如既往的支持表示诚挚的感谢。让我们共同期待更加美好的未来。

Company news: 公司新闻：

All staff did their best in the month of October.  Thanks to the drivers who reported the new rule of license plate for Expat car. This news was very helpful and we will pass it on to our clients. The company successfully celebrated the Birthday of Allen Wang and Miss Liu. The birthday party was very exciting as all staff enjoy themselves. We will be looking forward to more Birthdays in the future. Mr. Lu suggested some time ago that the company should be spending more time on cars that we can make more money on. This is a very positive felling by him for the company and we hope such good feeling will continue to develop among all staff. Thank you Mr. Lu. The sales did very well last month and we say a big thank you to Sales Manager Lance Wang and his team. Andrew Zhang officially left the company on the 31 of October due to his personal reasons. However Andrew Zhang breaks the company rules for 18 times or more in one year and they are all on record. How ever the company forgave him of all that and we wish him good luck in what ever he will pursue in the future. Several staff Salary will increase from this month which is a very good news. Obviously more good news will continue to come in the future.

十月份，每一个员工都付出了最大的努力。 感谢司机师傅们给公司带来关于外企车牌照的新闻。公司会将有价值的消息传递给客户。 王小溪和刘爱学的生日聚会很成功，每个员工都很高兴，很开心。 我们期待今后有更多精彩的聚会。 前些时间，吕师傅建议我们应该将时间更多的用在车上，赚取更多的利润。 这表明他心系公司、态度积极，希望好的态度能够在员工中承传。 谢谢您吕师傅！ 销售上个月的工作非常出色，感谢销售经理王伟以及他的销售团队。张漆青由于个人原因在10月31日正式离开公司。尽管张漆青在一年之内有18次或更多的违反公司制度的记录，但是公司都给了他机会。我们祝他在他将来的工作中万事如意。还有一个好消息就是公司这个月将给几个员涨工资。很显然，好消息将会不断传出。 

 

 

October General meeting minutes:

10月全体会议会议记录

Meeting started with a short pray. The sales Manager Lance gave a short prayer. After that, Bob reviewed the work of this month and showed his appreciate to the staff for their great work in the month which only has three weeks. He said that he was very glad when our news letter received some good comments from our clients

At the end of the meeting, Bob promised that the company will offer best benefit to all staffs and try the best of the company to improve work environment.

会议以一个简短的祷告开始， 销售经理王伟为会议做了祷告。之后鲍勃回顾了这个月的工作情况并对全体员工能够在短短的三周内取得良好工作成就表示感谢。 鲍勃先生非常高兴，我们的简报受到客户的好评。

Madam Zhang, our Ayi  has just recently join BCS but she has quickly make a name for herself by providing excellent service and most import very delicious dishes. All staff enjoyed her food very much. She also has an excellent relationship with her co-workers, CEO and all people that visit the office. The office is clean and tidy as ever than before. Madam Zhang will continue to keep and develop fine qualities and standards in order to make higher achievements. 

张女士，我们的阿姨，最近才加入北京鲍勃环球信息咨询有限公司，因为她优质的服务，出色的烹调技术，让大家爱上她的饭菜，更爱上这个可爱阿姨。她和同事们、首席执行官以及所有到过公司的人的关系都很好。公司的环境比以前更清洁更干净。张女士将会努力提高工作水平与工作质量，争取做到更好。
