Dear Fellow Colleague,
Mary Christmas in Advance! I cannot continue on this note without first saying a big thank you to all present staff of BCS for their wonderful performance in November. I notice a very high spirit among all staff. The coordination among sales, drivers, secretarial, webmaster and general services were superb! We hope this new era that has started will continue. As our CEO and Founder have the opportunity to be among one of the final candidate from Beijing to attend the final competition of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Touch bearer, we will be looking forward to the year of the Olympic in 2008 as a very special year not only for the Olympic but to our Company also. Thank also to all the staff who supported be for those ten days that I was away for in the Olympic Touch Bearer Competition Camp. We are looking forward to company Christmas family party were we will party together with family members and together will make one big BCS Family.

Company news:
As I mention earlier on, November month was very successful thanks again to the wonderful staff of BCS. Due to this high spirit that has started the company continue to do it very best to improve staff every day. The present staff benefit includes: Free lunch, staff mobiles bile’s paid by company, re-embossment of all expenses occur during working hours including parking fees-taxis-bus-among others, free used of company cars, celebrate each staff birthday and usually spend 800 to 1500RMB on the party, give 200 RMB gift to each staff that celebrate birthday, free suit and increase of salaries and among others. The company will continue to add more employee benefits in the future. In the past we only have Mr. Wei as most handsome in the drivers team but recently all drivers are becoming more and more handsome. We will have a competition among the drivers soon. Mr. Zhang has different new ties, Mr. Lu has different suit everyday, Mr. Sun shoes are shining everyday, Mr. Wei has the best hair cut. I will be looking forward to see who will win this competition.

提到刚刚过去的十一月， 那真的是一个成功的月份。我要再次感谢鲍勃公司的全体员工。 员工高涨的工作热情也促使公司继续努力改善员工待遇。目前员工福利包括：免费午餐、 公司为员工支付电话费、为员工报销在工作期间的相关支出费用、（例如停车费、打车费、公交费）工作期间免费使用公司车辆、为每个员工庆祝生日、为员工提供免费的西装、为一些员工增加工资。公司将会继续增加员工福利。以前魏师傅是司机团队中最帅的， 但是近来所有的司机都变得越来越帅。 我们很快将在司机中组织一个竞赛。张师傅每天佩戴不同的领带，吕师傅每天穿不同的西装，宋师傅的鞋子每天都是闪亮的，魏师傅的发型是最好。 让我们共同期待胜出者。
