Dear Fellow Colleague,
I must start by saying a warm happy new year to you all. 2007 was a very challenging year which was full of ups and downs but because of the hard work and commitment of us all, we ended it with a big success. I must also say a big thank you to all our customers who have been very supportive in 2007. We believe that our customers deserve the highest standards of integrity, honesty, due diligence and service. We will be committed to maintaining those standards in serving the Beijing expat community through out 2008. The Olympic is much closer than before so on behalf of the Company I wish the Beijing Olympic a Big success.

Company news:
I welcome all present staff of the Company warmly into 2008. We are looking forward to a great expectation in the year of the mouse. The company Christmas party which was held in 29 Dec last year was a big success. I say a big thank you to all staff family members that attended the party. The Company spent 1594 RMB on the Christmas party plus a red envelop for Mr. Wei who also celebrated his birthday at the same time. 2008 is a very exciting year for the whole of China and the company will also make it very exciting for all present staff. As of 2008 including 2008, the company will give extra one month salary bonus to all staff at the end of each year, salary increase of all staff that completed each year working contract, promotions, and others. I say a big thank you to Mr. Wei and HeWei who took their time off during the holiday to attend to their clients needs. Happy new year again to all staff and clients and wish you all the best in 2008. May God bless you.

Lance Wang our Sales Manager is a very young and hard working staff. He join BCS for over one year now and has quickly make a name for himself as one of the most outstanding and devoted staff. Due to his hard work and devotion to the company he has attained the position of sales manager and will be promoted to a higher position as sales director. He is now working very hard to convert the sales team from ordinary sales team to a super sales team. We wish him well on his new post and we hope he will continue to strife for an ever lasting improvement.
