  Dear Fellow Colleague,

 

February was a bit challenging as we only had 3 weeks in stead of the normal four because of the National holiday. Having said that the performance of all staff was very good and the sales team was working extremely hard to finish their monthly quota. I say a big thank you to you all. I also say thank you to all our clients who have been very supportive over the years. Thanks also for their valuable feedback (http://www.car-solution.com/feedback.htm) which has help us improve our services daily. I and my team will spare no effort to take our quest for customer satisfaction to a new level in the great year of the Rat.

Company news:
As I mention in my opening remark, it was a bit busy since we were only having 3 working weeks in Feb in stead of 4. Most of the staff went home or took a quick brake out of Beijing. The drivers team continue working very hard and they were very supportive to the sales team. Mr. Cao is also much busy now since more responsibility has been added to him apart from the Webmaster position. We hope he will continue to do well and improve on his new responsibilities. March is a very exciting month as the company will be celebrating three staff birthday, Mr. Zhang, William He and Lance Wang. We hope we will have singing competition during the celebration during which we hope to prove that we also have singing talent in the company. The sales did very well last month even thou they did not finish their monthly quota. The sales training topic last month was mainly focus on negotiable, we hope their will be a better performance this month on negotiation in order to close more deals. ???

就像前言中所说， 四周的工作用三周来完成的确是有些紧张。 在假期期间，大部分员工返回老家，部分员工在北京也做了简短的休息。 司机团队也非常努力并积极支持销售的工作。 小曹这个月非常的繁忙，因为更多的网络以外的任务增加到了他的工作中。希望他能够不负重望出色的做好本职工作。 三月份是令人兴奋的月份， 公司将会为张师傅、何炜、王伟三位员工庆祝生日。我们希望能够在生日聚会上进行歌唱比赛， 借此证明，我公司的员工不但工作优秀还极赋歌唱天赋。销售们虽然没有完成月度任务但是他们上个月的表现也很棒。 销售上个月的培训主要集中在商务谈判上，希望这个月他们能够做到学有所用，利用所学技能向着完美的目标迈进。
