To Insurance Clients of Beijing Car Solution
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for using our service to buy your car insurance. When you have a traffic accident, and need insurance claim, following are the steps:
Call the police at 122. They will come to the scene and give both sides the traffic accident judgment papers.
No matter you are responsible for the accident or not, call PICC the insurance company at 95518. Explain to them the detail of the accident that will be on the police paper and ask for a case number. Please tell PICC which district you will handle this accident, e.g. Chaoyang.
Go with the other side to the Claim Station with your passport, driver’s license, car license, insurance papers, police paper and the case number. If it is not your responsibility, go to the other side’s Claim station.
Repair you car and ask the garage for qualified invoice.
Go to the office of PICC Pinggu to get the compensation with the invoice of both sides. If it is the other side’s responsibility, he/she should get the payment with invoice from his/her insurance company.
When the accident happens, you can also call us for assistance.

should have a valid inspection before they are driven on the road. Your
insurance will be considered invalid and you will be fully responsible for
any damage in case of an accident without a valid inspection. Beijing Car
Solution therefore urges you to renew your annual inspection or you contact us
for our assistance.
