ROAD Tax
A
road tax of 110 RMB annually
is assessed on all vehicles
in China except fo diplomats.
It can be paid every month,
every three months, six months
or yearly. The following penalties
are charged for an overdue
payment:
A
30% fine is imposed within
four months to one year
overdue. A 100% fine is
imposed within two years
overdue.
Overdue
taxes are paid first before
paying for future months.
An additional 1 RMB per
day fine is charged from
the date of expiration.
